Quartz Locker

100% offline personal financial vault for Android

Most password managers sync to a cloud server you do not control. Quartz Locker takes a different approach: your data never leaves your phone. There is no account, no sync, no server, and no company holding your keys. The app has no internet permission at all, making data leakage structurally impossible.

It covers every type of sensitive credential a person typically stores: bank accounts, debit and credit cards, brokerage account credentials, government-issued IDs, and freeform secure notes. Each entry can hold up to three encrypted file attachments.

AES-256 encryption Every byte on disk is encrypted. The key is derived from your master password using PBKDF2 at 600,000 iterations.

Zero internet permission No network activity is possible by design. Screenshots and screen recordings are also blocked within the app.

All credential types Bank accounts, cards, brokerage credentials, government IDs, and secure notes, each with dedicated fields.

Biometric unlock Fingerprint or face unlock via Android BiometricPrompt. Biometric access is revoked automatically if new fingerprints are enrolled on the device.
